Our Approach

CMA Ltd will help Clients to understand the differences between self –certification, third party certification, and accredited certification, and give cost/benefit advice on the requirements of a Client’s chosen route and help analyse and validate their reasons for choosing that route.
CMA Ltd will propose and analyse the different options available, based on the Client’s stated needs. CMA Ltd will offer comparative indicative third party costs for each route and a separate consultancy cost to achieve the desired route, based upon an initial consultation.
The initial consultation is always undertaken without obligation.

Once the standards have been achieved, however they are recognised, CMA Ltd can help with maintaining the standard, through Management Review Meetings, follow-up actions and compliance reporting, as well as audit preparation.

Again, clear structured fees will be quoted for each activity and based upon formal written proposals.
